Enhance your coaching skills

CORE teamThe most effective leaders and managers are increasingly using the coaching style. Today, collaboration, communication, Emotional Intelligence and empathy are all part of the leader's toolkit - if they want to be successful!

An understanding and effective implementation of the coaching approach to management, team building and leadership is a skill every good and aspiring manager and leader should have.

By implementing a coaching culture within the organisation, the effectiveness of the day to day, one-to-one conversations that are held between manager and employee will be enhanced.

This course will help:
  • Equip leaders / managers with the key skills to improve their management and leadership style
  • Introduce the concept of coaching conversations as a key management tool
  • Personally develop the individuals to become more effective
  • Help to develop effective management coaches within the organisation

Using the CORE Matrix as a basis for the training, there will be:
  • Greater awareness of your own communications and leadership style and its impact on others in terms of communication and effectiveness
  • Clarification of how to identify the style of coachees / team members
  • An understanding of how to commuicate with different styles to have maximum impact
  • An understanding of what 'pushes people's buttons' and how to avoid it
  • Increased ability to establish effective rapport, leading to increased effectiveness as a coach and self-confidence
