Creating Ripples - Terri Broughton

Terri Broughton has 20 years' experience of working in education - finding and developing children's individual gifts. She has also worked with adults with profound and multiple learning difficulties. Terri's Masters work on adolescent development (The Identity Project) was written into the National Curriculum in 1999 and is used by schools all around the country.

Her passion is looking at the brain and how it works in teaching and learning for both adults and children to help them to discover their hidden talents. Her work is informed by study, practical experience and research. In order to make the best of individual gifts, a person needs to know what to look for and how to make those gifts work for them.

Terri was nominated for the National Teaching Awards for five consecutive years running and is a Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Certified Clarity Coach encompassing the Three Principles.

She enjoys travelling to support teachers in remote areas and has been responsible for twinning schools in Nepal with the UK.
